Hello, I'm Sylvia. I'm passionate about using natural remedies to support our body and mind in healing themselves as they naturally should.

(when we are fully emotionally and physically balanced)

I observed that when I was unwell, both my physical health and emotional well-being had been out of balance for some time. There was a recurring pattern where added stress or overworking was linked to physical stress.

What intrigued me further was noticing examples of my internal awareness of our body's natural healing and cell renewal abilities without any external commands. For instance, when you go on holiday and get a suntan, your body sheds the tan over a short period, demonstrating its renewal process, i.e., renewing cells on its own. This led me to wonder why some cells in the body stop renewing and become diseased. That's when I had an epiphany, realising that our emotions and thought processes play a significant role in bodily diseases. It's evident in the term itself: DIS-EASE.


Over the years, I've observed that most doctors don't aim to address the root cause of illnesses; instead, they mask them with medication, which, as we all know, can eventually lead to side effects just as problematic as the initial issue.

I would like to share my research from the past 20 years with you in a straight forward and easy-to-understand manner in future blog posts.

To feel emotionally well you need to feed the body well.

There is a major link to how we feel and what we feed our body with, the two are linked very closely, so if you need to work on your emotional health you need to feed your body well with good foods and herbs to help you adapt to life's ups and downs.
